Samana entered into healthcare with the announcement of Happiness Hospitals, a 300- bed NABH & JCIA accredited hospital project in Manjeri. Apart from offering world class Medicare facilities for Kerala, with Happiness Hospitals, Samana plans to tap into the ever- increasing flow of medical tourists from different parts of the globe, mainly the GCC.

Global Ayurveda Village (GAV) (Upcoming)

Samana along with the Government of Kerala, KINFRA and Vaidyagrama is all set to launch the largest Ayurvedic endeavour in South India with the Global Ayurveda Village. Located at Thonnakkal, Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, GAV is a global centre for traditional medicine consisting of both an Ayurvedic Hospital and a Knowledge Centre that thrives to enhance, preserve and celebrate the wisdom of Ayurveda.

Symptots

The first venture under the Information Technology vertical under Samana, Symptots focuses its expertise in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, IOT, Data Analytics and Web/Cloud based solutions. Based in Calicut, the roadmap of Symptots carry an array of products and services in the above domains specifically targeted to SMEs across the globe.

Samana Species

The initial venture under Samana Live Farms, Samana Species is a brand that focuses on research, production, development, sales, and maintenance of different types of plants and flowers. With the motto life is beautiful, Samana Species has already undertaken multi-million projects in different parts of India, from their own nursery in Manjeri, Kerala. Species also undertake landscaping and annual maintenance contract of indoor ornamental plants.

Samana Global Fund (SGF 2020)

First Diversified Sharia Complied Alternative Investment Fund in India

Samana Global Fund (SGF) is an active and diversified investment approach confirming with principles of Shariah and complying with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Category II Regulations. The fund was launched in December 2018 and is a scheme derived with the support of three entities, Samana Global Business Solutions Ltd (Sponsor), IBMC (Investment Manager), and VISTRA (Trustee). SGF 2020 is the first scheme of the Fund which will cater to the seven verticals of Hospitality, Healthcare, Live Farm, Academy, Land Bank, Retail, Information Technology (IT). The Scheme will target Investments which will generate superior returns and will target a minimum IRR of 14% (fourteen percent) per annum net of taxation and management fees.
